Norken International Limited is a leading Engineering, Environmental and Project Management consultancy firm in Kenya. We have over 20 years experince in sub saharan Africa in Roads Engineering, Water Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Structural Engineering and Materials Testing.

Norken is registered with NEMA to provide; Environmental Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) and Environmental Audits (EA). Our team of environmental experts have the capacity to develop Environmental Social Management Frameworks (ESMF), Climate Risk Assessments and Livelihood Restoration Plans (LRP).

Our firm is keen on developing capacity in the industry. We are accredited by NITA to offer technical and project management training.

We offer consulting expertise in Feasibility Studies, preliminary and detailed engineering design and construction supervision. Our portifolio includes infrastructure and development projects in multiple disciplines including Highways,Rural and Urban Roads, Water Supply and Sewerage Schemes, Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution.

Norken is ISO 9001:2015 Certified and Quality Management is an integral part in our Project Management Services.

We are registered with various professional bodies including the EBK as a consulting engineering firm, Civil/Structural Engineers and National Environmental Management Authority as a firm of Expert.

We have gained experience through projects undertaken in Kenya and the Eastern Africa region including Somalia,Ethiopia,Uganda, Eritrea, and Southern Sudan.

The firm has invested in equipment and facilities for topographical surveys, Geophysical Investigations, Ground Water exploration, geotechnical and Environmental Sampling. We also have a fully-fledged materials testing laboratory.
