  • Norconsult AS - This is a company based in Oslo, Norway, with total resource base of over 2000 planners, engineers, architects and economists who are familiar with a variety of working conditions and local rules and regulations having carried out assignments on five Continents and over 140 countries.

  • Via Nova, is a company based in Norway, through which Norken acquired a customised English Version of NovaPOINT 2000, a specialist highway design software. The version was specifically adapted to suit the design standards and conditions prevailing in East Africa and Norken Limited was appointed its agents.

  • Dr. Ahmed Abdel - Warith - Consulting Engineers - This is an Egyptian firm based in Cairo with many branches in Africa and middle East. AAW Consulting Engineers is ranked in ENR among the Top 200 International Design Firms for 2005.

  • Other local and International experts individuals and organisations in areas of bridge design, environment, and labour based methods of construction, geotechnical surveys and testing among others
