Norken Limited, Engineering, Environment and Management Consultants, is an independent, locally registered company providing consultancy services in the fields of civil Engineering, environmental management, project management, and training.

Norken Limited is registered by NEMA as a ‘Firm of Experts’ under the Government of Kenya's Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act of 1999 and the Environmental (Impact Assessment and Audit) Regulations, June 2003.

The company was formed in 2001 by former employees of Norconsult AS Kenya, a branch office of Norconsult AS of Norway.

Norken International Ltd is registered as a limited Company under Kenya Companies Act CAP. 486.  Norken International Ltd is registered with the Ministry of Roads and Public Works as an Engineering consulting firm Category A and with the National Environmental Management Agency (NEMA) as a firm of experts. Norken International Ltd has established itself as one of the leading Engineering consulting firms in the Eastern and Central Africa region.

Norken International Ltd has experienced professional, technical and support administrative staff, and its offices are located at Norfolk Towers near Nairobi City CBD. Norken International also has a fully equipped materials testing laboratory at Dagoretti on the outskirts of the city. Norkien International Ltd. is an authorised agent of NOVAPOINT, a specialised Road design software.

Norken Ltd. offers a wide range of services in a spectrum of sectors covering all phases of a normal project cycle, from the earliest pre-investment studies and feasibility phase, through project implementation to the actual operations and maintenance phase, including institutional development and strengthening of the Client’s organization.
